About:
I am a commercial litigator at Weightmans, which is a leading national law firm. Weightmans offers a full range of legal services to businesses and individuals and has numerous lawyers recognised by the leading legal directories as being leaders in their fields.
I am based in Weightmans’ Leeds office and I am sector lead for owner managed businesses within Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region.
As a litigator, I am regularly instructed to act on disputes arising out of commercial contracts, distressed IT and outsourcing projects, franchising disputes, shareholder disputes, cases involving the misuse of confidential information, restraint of trade disputes and also negligence claims, including professional negligence. I am also able to advise on cyber and data breach incident response, as well as contentious issues emerging from such incidents.
