At Untapped Potential we have a unique approach to recruitment which focuses on Competence and Cultural Fit in equal measures.
Our process is simple and successful and focuses on attitude and behavioural fit as well as skillset and experience. Unlike other recruiters, we don’t work via a CV database, we find fresh candidates for each campaign. Nor do we run conventional interviews, candidates are too practiced at job interviews and answering a series of questions tells you nothing about their skillset, their attitude or their cultural fit.
Our process culminates in a half day event where we run a series of exercises designed to give you - the employer - a much better chance of finding the right candidate and not just the candidate who has a great CV.
