About:
I'm Jess, a CIPD qualified VA (Virtual Assistant) providing recruitment and administrative support to SMEs, recruitment agencies and founders. The people I work with love what they do but the behind the scenes operations is eating into their time, stopping them pursuing growth, losing them customers or preventing them from having a good work-life balance. Having a VA allows you to outsource these tasks, freeing up your time to focus on what matters most.
I started Mapped & Managed because I love the process, structure and detail required to recruit and run a business effectively. I combine my executive search background with a passion for organisation to bring clarity and efficiency to your business, whether that's supporting the full recruitment process, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, or both.

Includes inbox and calendar management, personal administration, customer service support, CRM management, document prep, travel and meeting coordination and day to day business support.
2. Specialist VA support for recruiters.
With over 8 years experience in executive search, I know how important timing is in recruitment. I work with recruiters to take away tasks that prevent them from billing, including sourcing, talent mapping, inbox management, CRM management, advertising, CV formatting, candidate care, screening calls and lead generation.
3. Recruitment support for growing businesses — ideal for SMEs where growth is a priority but you're not ready to hire an internal recruiter.
This includes creating job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interview management and process audits, templates, trackers and interview kits for those wanting to build a proper hiring process from scratch.
I enjoy partnering with businesses who love what they do, prioritise their customers and want to be the best in their field. I thrive on long term partnerships (but can do short-term projects too) where I can embed myself in your business and become a natural extension of your team.
