I am the founder of H Squared Construction and Construction Alchemy, operating at the intersection of commercial protection, crisis intervention and strategic transformation within the construction industry.
My work focuses on preventing projects and businesses from failing before they reach crisis point and, where failure is already underway, stabilising, restructuring and recovering them with clarity and control.
Through H Squared Construction, I support developers, funders and contractors with forensic project diagnostics, commercial risk management and turnaround strategies. This includes rescuing distressed projects, protecting cashflow, correcting contract and variation failures, and rebuilding operational structures so businesses can move forward on solid ground.
Through Construction Alchemy, I work at a strategic and leadership level, helping construction businesses realign with their original vision, rebuild confidence within teams, and create systems that support sustainable growth rather than chaos.
