About:
Hi, I’m Nanda Swain, founder of Brickwell Heath Property Investment.
I work with investors, landlords, and property professionals to create profitable property opportunities through sourcing, refurbishment, and strategic acquisitions.
My focus is on identifying below market and off market opportunities across residential, commercial, and land developments, ranging from smaller residential projects through to multi million pound deals.
I work closely with private investors who are looking for significantly stronger returns than traditional high street savings accounts, without the day to day involvement of managing property projects themselves. I provide hands free, asset backed investment opportunities built around transparency, strong communication, and long term relationships.
Alongside growing our own portfolio, I am actively looking to connect with landlords who may be considering retirement, restructuring, or stepping away from active property management. With increasing tax pressures and regulatory changes affecting many landlords, I enjoy helping create flexible and practical solutions that work for everyone involved.
I’m also keen to build relationships with estate agents, brokers, solicitors, accountants, surveyors, developers, and other professionals who may come across off market property opportunities or clients needing a trusted property partner.
