About:
I've spent over 18 years working in enforcement.
Before that, I served in the British Army.
Both taught me much the same thing - turn up, know your job, stay calm under pressure and do what you said you were going to do.
After years working within the enforcement industry, I set up Tower Enforcement & Collection Services Ltd because I wanted to build an enforcement company that did things a little difterently.
No call centres. No passing clients from department to department. No promising the earth just to get an instruction through the door.
